培养模式

课题组依托移动通信国家重点实验室,承担多项国家重大研发课题及企业重点攻关项目,为学生提供高水平、高质量的科研平台和实践机会。近三年来指导学生在通信领域国际顶刊(IEEE JSACTCOMTWC)、顶会(IEEE ICC/Globecom)上发表多篇高水平学术论文20余篇,申请/授权国家发明专利10余项。

课题组每周召开科研组会,根据学生特点量身打造培养方案,基于问题驱动开展可落地的科研工作,着重培养学生的创新及实践能力。科研优秀且有志向进一步深造者,可提前攻博或向海外知名学者、院士推荐攻博。

课题组毕业生就业形势喜人,就业去向覆盖华为、中兴、海康威视、网易、联发科等大型知名公司,近三年平均年薪30w+,最高达58w
